Terrain is an important aspect for any wargame, be it cans from the kitchen cupboard and parcel boxes up to full scale proper buildings and ruins. However it's not always cheap but it's a necessity, this morning however I stumbled across a kickstarter from a company called TinkerHouse Games.
Now terrain can be a chore to build and paint, not to mention can get expensive very quickly. This is what's special about this kickstarter and really caught my attention, the entrance points are dead cheap! For enough terrain for a 4 x 4 board, is a minimum pledge of $79 (around £56) and for 2 sets of these $139, if going for this pledge and you want to add more, they are allowing to add each additional set for $70 which is another saving on the base price.
The best thing about this apart from the price, is that it is all pre painted! Along with being modular and made of a sturdy material, this will be a great asset to any gaming table. It is suitable for almost any futuristic tabletop wargame.

All that for less than £60, incredible! No fuss, no hassle just straight out the box, pop out of the sprue and combine them anyway you fancy! Along with this as well, they have created add ons to further customise your base set, which the prices again are very reasonable!
As you can see, at time of writing they are at 48% of their goal, if they make their goal, this could be something special. I know there are alot of companies out there that make fantastic terrain pieces, but for someone who doesn't have a lot of spare time to get terrain (let alone their armies) painted, this is something I feel worth backing. Even just chucking them a few quid to help them along the way, i'm sure would be greatly appreciated by them.
